12. Account Termination

12.1 Voluntary Closure

If you do not withdraw funds before closure, they will remain in your account for ninety (90) days, after which they may be forfeited in accordance with dormant account policies. Account closure does not absolve you of responsibilities for any outstanding obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.

12.2 Involuntary Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse bonuses or promotions, create multiple accounts, provide false information during registration, fail to complete KYC verification when requested, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or comply with legal obligations.

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, all bonuses will be forfeited, pending bets may be voided, and account balances may be withheld or forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. You waive any objection to venue in Philippine courts and agree that Philippine law governs all aspects of your relationship with jill8, regardless of conflict of law principles.
